- Abricó – that is the only official nudist beach, with oceanic position. It is placed next to Grumari beach, also oceanic. These two beaches could be accessed only by one of the rental vehicles.
The waves in Rio vary and could be calm in Guanabara bay beaches or high and perfect for surfing in Recreio.
